How are your products made?
All NOISE products are made to order.
That means your item is produced especially for you after you place your order.
How long does shipping take?
Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
If you are unsure, it is always best to compare the measurements with a shirt or hoodie you already own.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because orders go into production quickly, cancellations or changes may not always be possible once an order has been placed.
